UH MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
UH ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP
Recipient must be a classified, resident student enrolled in at least 9 credits. Applicants must have earned a minimum of 24 credits and maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.70 or higher. Priority for awarding would be given to full-time continuing students seeking their first college degree with the highest cumulative GPAs who have applied for federal financial aid.
AMOUNT: UH merit scholarships will cover up to 75% of Kaua‘i CC tuition charges, fees must be paid by you. Students who have earned a cumulative grade point average of 4.0 may be eligible to have 100% of their Kaua`i CC tuition charges covered. The maximum award amount will not exceed the residential rate charged for 12 credits.

UH HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP
Recipient must be a new, classified, graduate from a Kaua`i high school. Applicants must be admitted and enroll full-time (12 credits or more) at Kaua`i CC as a freshmen in the fall semester after graduation from high school. Applicants must also have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 or higher on high school transcript. Priority for awarding would be given to applicants with the highest cumulative GPAs who have applied for federal financial aid, and are not eligible for the UH Centennial or B Plus Scholarships.
AMOUNT: UH High School Graduate scholarships will cover up to 75% of Kaua‘i CC tuition charges, fees must be paid by you. The maximum award amount will not exceed the residential rate charged for 12 credits.

UH SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP
Recipient must be a classified, resident student enrolled in at least 9 credits. Earned and maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 or higher. Be nominated or recommended by a faculty advisor. Students must be able to demonstrate evidence of involvement in one of the following areas: campus programs and/or activities, leadership participation in student affairs, outstanding work performance as a student employee, or college newspaper publication. Priority for awarding would be given to full-time continuing students seeking their first college degree with the highest cumulative GPAs who have applied for federal financial aid.

UH RECRUITMENT SCHOLARSHIP
Recipient must be a classified, new or continuing resident student enrolled in at least 9 credits. Applicants must have earned and maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 or higher. Priority will be given to students who enroll in vocational programs determined as customarily dominated by members of the opposite sex and who have not earned their first college degree. UH MERIT SCHOLARSHIP FOR PACIFIC ISLANDER STUDENTS
Recipient must be a classified student enrolled in at least 9 credits. Earned and maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 or higher. The recipient must be a citizen of an eligible Pacific Island jurisdiction as listed on the UH Common Admissions Application form and have a UH residency status of Non-Resident Revised Institutional Exempt. Priority for awarding would be given to full-time continuing students seeking their first college degree with the highest cumulative GPAs who have applied for federal financial aid.
AMOUNT: UH Pacific Islander scholarship will cover up to 75% of Kaua‘i CC tuition charges, fees must be paid by you. Students who have earned a cumulative grade point average of 4.0 may be eligible to have 100% of their Kaua`i CC tuition charges covered. The maximum award amount will not exceed the residential rate charged for 12 credits.
