One of the Summer Bridge Program 2004, `Ikena Ka Malamalama's, projects was to create signs for some of the plants and trees found on campus. Each student selected a plant or tree to research. They went to the campus library to gather as much information on their particular subject such as, the scientific name, it's family name, place of origin, and usages. Each student then took photos of their plant or tree. The pictures were incorporated with the information researched in the library. This website was created to share the information.
