Description: This course provides an overview of the travel industry
and related businesses, including the analysis of links between hotel,
food, transportation, recreation, and other industries comprising
tourism. Students will identify job qualifications, professional standards,
communication skills, and attitudes essential for successful workers
in the food service industry.
