Automotive Technology
The Automotive Technology program is a competency-based program built on the standards specified by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF). Students who successfully complete the Associate in Applied Science degree will have received training in all eight NATEF areas: Automatic Transmission/Transaxle, Brakes, Electrical/Electronics Systems, Engine Performance, Engine Repair, Heating and Air Conditioning, Manual Drive Train and Axles, and Suspension and Steering.
