Resources for Resident ESL Students on Kaua'i Studying English at KCC If you are an ESL student on Kauai and are interested in working toward a college degree, Kauai Community College has resources to support you in your educational pursuit. English language learners can enroll in special English Language Institute (ELI) classes to improve language proficiency and to prepare for college-level courses in English and other subjects. KCC offers a range of instructional programs and majors.
Admissions and residency requirements Students who have established residency in Hawai'i are eligible for resident tuition.
